In the recent decades, people have become increasingly more health conscious and many people are looking for the latest and greatest workout regimes, diet plans, supplements and gadgets to improve their health.
Over the course of the last several months, through a process of trying to be mindful in the way that I manage my stress and care for my physical, emotional and mental well being, I have discovered 3 things that I have incorporated into my routine that have greatly improved my overall health.
The 3 things I want to share with you are not common things people think of in their quest to improve their health, but after implementing these things into my routine, I think they should be!
